As part of the usergroups, we offer you a conference on current topics and products from amasol and our partners. To provide you with the greatest possible transparency, we explain in the following sections which data we collect as part of your registration for an event and how we handle it. Additionally, we refer to our amasol | Privacy Policy.

2. What data is processed and how long is it stored?

To participate in the event, the following data is mandatory: first name, last name, company, email address. This information is collected during registration for the event via https://amasol.com/amasol-live and stored by us for further processing of the event and for any follow-up questions. 

The processing of this data is based on your consent according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Your data will be stored for the duration of the event processing and for any follow-up questions. After the event, you can withdraw your consent for data storage at any time by contacting amasol.

3. Information about other events

We would like to inform you about future events such as workbenches and other activities even after the usergroup. When you register for one of our events via https://amasol.com/amasol-live, we will ask for your consent to receive such information.

Your consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails configured by the website.

You also have the option to contact us directly at: marketing@amasol.com.

4. Data sharing with sponsors of the usergroup

The usergroup is also made possible by the contributions of various sponsors. To ensure you can conveniently stay in contact with the relevant professionals after the event, we share the following information with our sponsors: title, last name, first name, company, and email address.

We request your separate consent for sharing your data with the sponsors. This consent is required in order to participate in the event.

You may revoke your consent for data sharing at any time.

5. Online collaboration during the event

For collaborative creation of mind maps, presentations, summaries, and reports, we will use the Miro digital whiteboard. Participation in the digital whiteboards is voluntary.

6. Subcontractors and sub-processors

We have engaged service providers and sub-processors to organize some usergroups.

Where necessary, data processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 GDPR and EU Standard Contractual Clauses have been signed with these service providers.

Careful selection of service providers is a matter of course for us within the framework of our information security strategy.
