As part of the Workbench Series, we regularly offer digital workshops on current topics and products from amasol and our partners. To provide you with the greatest possible transparency, the following sections explain which data we collect during your registration for an event and how we handle it. In addition, we refer to our Privacy Policy.

To participate in a Workbench event, the following data is required: salutation, first name, last name, company, and email address. This information is collected during registration at https://amasol.com/amasol-live/ and stored by us for the purpose of managing the event and handling follow-up inquiries.
After the event, you may revoke your consent to data storage at any time by contacting amasol.
Your participation in the event requires your consent to the processing of this data.
3. Information about further events & product news
We would like to keep you informed about future workshops and product updates even after the event. To do this, we ask for your consent during registration via https://amasol.com/amasol-live/.
You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the end of every email.
You also have the option to contact us directly at: marketing@amasol.com.
4. Data sharing with sponsors
The digital amasol Workbench series is supported in part by contributions from various sponsors. To help you stay in touch with relevant experts after the event, we share the following data with our sponsors: salutation, first name, last name, company, email address, and the specific Workbench event you attended.
We request your separate consent for this data sharing; without this consent, participation is not possible. After the event, you can revoke your consent for contact at any time directly with the respective partners/sponsors.
5. Subcontractors and sub-processors
We have engaged service providers and sub-processors to help conduct the Workbench Series. Where necessary, data processing agreements and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses have been concluded with these providers.
Careful selection of service providers is a standard part of our information security strategy.
The Workbench webinars are conducted using Zoom Webinars.
