The Business Observability Forum 2026

Since 2019, the BizOps Forum has been a space where technology and business leaders come together to solve the operational challenges of modern IT. It has evolved with the times from large-scale live conferences to immersive virtual and hybrid experiences.

In 2026, we entered its next chapter: the Business Observability Forum. Under the motto “Trust Your Signals”, which reflects the idea of creating and refining data so it can be reliably used across the entire organisation, we invited decision-makers and practitioners alike to Munich on the 11th of June 2026. Together, we explored how events, logs, traces and metrics form the foundation for resilient, high-performing digital systems.

We had inspiring keynotes, interactive masterclasses and practical impulses designed to help you strengthen #Observability across your organisation. Developed to go from the machine room of the IT all the way the boardroom.

Evolving BizOps to BizObs – from operations to observability.

Thank you to everyone who came and made this event a success 🤍

On the 11th of June, Munich was exactly what we hoped it would be. A full day of keynotes, masterclasses, and honest conversations where assumptions were questioned and perspectives were expanded through constructive dialogue. Customers came with real challenges and we as amasol were able to map what we could do and when customers leaned in with curiosity, we brought our partners into the conversation to take it further. The real time no latency back and forth of trying to see how we can help each other was the kind of dialogue this forum was built for. If you missed it, the conversation does not have to stop here. please do not hesitate to contact us. From marketing to sales, to consulting, to management, we are here to go beyond buzzwords and provide solutions to your challenges.

If you want to go fast, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

This forum was proof of that.

Logs: turning events into operational intelligence

Logs remain the richest forensic data source. In cloud-native and distributed systems, transforming log data into operational intelligence for troubleshooting, compliance and optimisation, is a key challenge.

Traces: understanding complex systems in complex IT environments

Modern IT environments are highly distributed across complex systems and are often monitored using multiple tools and platforms. Traces enable organisations to analyze business processes end to end and identify observability gaps, such as unmonitored systems or interrupted monitoring chains. The goal is to create full-stack visibility across the entire IT environment and ensure reliable and seamless monitoring.

Events: from reactive to proactive actions

Events are the earliest indicators of change or risk in IT systems. Modern environments generate massive alert volumes; without correlation and context, teams drown in noise. Event intelligence converts signals into actionable operations.
