What happens to your data ?
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Any information you submit as part of the application process will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing and processing your application. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, particularly the GDPR.
Your data will be treated confidentially, will not be shared with unauthorized third parties, and will be deleted after the recruitment process is complete, in line with legal retention requirements. If we would like to consider your application for future opportunities, we will ask for your explicit consent in advance.

Information on how we handle your application data
To help us get to know you better, you provide us with personal data during the application process. We would like to thank you in advance for your trust. It has always been a matter of course for us to handle the data entrusted to us with care. To enable you to form your own opinion, we make our selection process transparent for you:
We receive your application by email. Simply send us your resume and write a cover letter highlighting what you think is important. No further documents or cover letters are necessary.
Our People Team reviews all applications based on the resume.
If you are a good fit for us in terms of your professional qualifications, we will arrange a telephone interview by email.
If you are still interested in the position after the phone interview, we will forward your application to the relevant managers. Our workflow system is set up so that only managers can view and comment on your data. For individual applications, permissions to view the application are granted to colleagues. As subject matter experts, they are involved in the recruitment process.
Suitable candidates will be invited to an interview at our office by telephone and/or email. We will contact you shortly after the interview to discuss the next steps.
Once the application process has been completed, your data will be deleted from the workflow system.
If at any point in this process we determine that we are not a good fit for each other, we will notify you promptly. If you decide to pursue other opportunities, we would also appreciate a brief message. All email correspondence will be deleted no later than six months after the rejection, and printouts will be destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations after no more than six months.
