amasol’s partnership with BigPanda opens up new paths in IT Incident Management

amasol is expanding its solution portfolio in the area of Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) with the AIOps platform from BigPanda. AIOps has been at the top of amasol's agenda for several years now when it comes to monitoring and managing classic, usually on-premise IT systems and cloud services obtained via various cloud platforms via a central platform. The central challenge here is to make the high complexity of these mixed environments manageable. With its solution, BigPanda focuses precisely on mastering this challenge: a partnership with the manufacturer was therefore the logical consequence for amasol.
